i really liked the location. it was ideal for walking everywhere. the room was modern and clean. the staff seemed very friendly. i would be happy to stay again!
the shower lacked a bit of power. it was still fine, but a little more pressure would have been amazing.

the hotel is situated right downtown, which i found super convenient for walking to various attractions. millenium park, navy pier, and the art institute are fairly close. many restaurants are within walking distance.

Check-in was quick and professional. The staff provided helpful restaurant recommendations. the valet service was efficient. they brought my car to the front for an easy departure. I really appreciated the smooth service.
